Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brad May (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Carneiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think May might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to For Whom The Bell Tolls - Metallica. Carneiro has chosen The Rasmus - In the Shadows as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

22 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Daniel Carneiro! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carneiro is trying hard to land a takedown here. May sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. May throws a body kick that misses. May is looking to clinch but Carneiro is avoiding it.
May throws a lazy head kick and Carneiro counters with a nice double leg into half guard. May keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. May trying to hold on to Carneiro's head to control him but Carneiro postures up.
Carneiro keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Carneiro is trying to work for a kimura but May is defending well.
May is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Ruumishuone, so we'll see if he gets out of it. Carneiro trying to mount his opponent but May defends it.

Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down May's shoulder. That is not cool. May is looking for a sweep. Carneiro grinds an elbow into May's temple. May keeps Carneiro under control for a moment. Carneiro tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Carneiro controls the position from side control. Carneiro is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, May has escaped the position, nice work there. Carneiro wants to lay and pray for a moment but May keeps working. May knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Carneiro on the ground. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Carneiro is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. May knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Daniel Carneiro dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
May lands a jab to the nose. Carneiro checks a low kick from May. Carneiro stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from May. Carneiro checks the leg kick nicely there.

It looks like Daniel Carneiro has been cut. May connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. May moves into the clinch successfully.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! May creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Carneiro's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Carneiro drops to his knees and May pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
