Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bang Bang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Watson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Watson has chosen Till I Collapse- Eminem as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
32 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bang Bang! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, John Watson! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Watson avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Watson misses with a head kick.
Bang connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Watson finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Bang slips under a jab from Watson. Watson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Watson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Watson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Watson throws a lazy body kick and Bang counters with a stiff right hand. Watson misses with a body shot.
Bang scores to the head and body with a nice combination! The fighters circling - Watson throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Watson tries to clinch up but Bang circles away and keeps his distance. Watson has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Bang throws a right hand that misses
and Watson counters with an outside leg kick.
Bang scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bang pivots, looking for a leg kick but Watson is out of range and Bang settles back down. Watson throws a looping overhand right but Bang ducks down to avoid it. Watson misses with a low kick.
A jab lands there for Bang. Watson tries to land a front kick but Bang steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Bang gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Watson. Watson fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bang looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Bang misses with an uppercut. Watson saw that one coming. Watson throws a body punch but Bang moves out of range. Watson misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bang.
Bang fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Watson has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Watson just misses with a punch to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Watson throws a right hand that Bang ducks under and follows up with a left that Bang also avoids with ease. Watson throws a push kick but Bang slaps the foot to one side. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Ouch! a nice leg kick from Bang, right into the meat.
Bang steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Watson. That one must have hurt. Some bone on bone action there as Bang checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Bang lands a really nice looking cross but Watson seems unphased.
Bang scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Bang scores with the left hand. Watson knows he should have avoided that one. Bang takes one to the chin there. Bang misses with a few strikes there.
Bang fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Watson manages to avoid it. Watson throws a push kick but Bang slaps the foot to one side. Bang throws an off balance right hand
and Watson counters with a left to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Watson lands a nice leg kick that just misses Bang's sensitive parts. No joy there for Watson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bang avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Watson loads up on a big right hand but Bang slips the punch. Watson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bang swats him away and circles back towards the center. A shot to the body from Watson misses and Bang counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Nice body punch from Bang. That kick from Bang tenderised Watson's leg. Watson is trying to keep his angry face on. A telegraphed right hand from Bang misses the target. Nice body punch from Bang. Bang lands a nice leg kick that just misses Watson's sensitive parts. Watson fakes the leg kick and cracks Bang in the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Watson tries to land a front kick but Bang steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. It looks like John Watson has been cut. Watson's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Bang lands a right hand. Watson just leaning against Bang, taking a breather. Bang can't break the clinch.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Bang's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Bang avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Watson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bang sees it coming and avoids it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bang Bang dominated that round. The cut man is working on John Watson's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Bang lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. A low kick from Watson is predictable there and Bang counters with a slapping leg kick. John Watson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Watson misses with an attempted mid kick.
Watson misses with a body kick. Bang jabs at Watson's body. Bang misses with a hook. Watson ducked under it nicely. Good leg kick by Watson there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Bang avoids the head kick by Watson.
Watson slips a straight right by Bang. Bang throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Watson's head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bang connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Watson throws a good cross that connects.
Watson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bang manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Watson lands a head kick. Bang smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Watson misses with a double jab.
Bang checks a low kick from Watson. Watson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Watson digs a good body shot into Bang's ribs. Bang looks to score with a jab to the body but Watson is just out of range. Watson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bang moves away. Watson takes one to the side of the head.
Watson connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bang momentarily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Watson plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Jab by Bang. Bang throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Watson in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bang stuns Watson with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Watson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Bang Bang is winning the standup battle so far. Bang keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nice defenses there by Bang. The fight stays on the outside here - Watson looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Watson scores with a kick to the body.
Watson fails in his attempt to clinch. Watson loads up on a big right hand but Bang slips the punch. Bang pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Watson gets cracked there but stands up to it.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Bang bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Watson's head. Bang throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Watson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Watson avoids the body shot from Bang.
Bang stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Watson takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Watson ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Nice uppercut there from Bang. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Watson thows a leg kick but Bang checks it and Bang counters with a thumping low kick. Watson slips a straight right by Bang. Bang throws a poor cross that misses
and Watson counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Bang drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. A swing and a miss from Watson. Watson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Watson with a body punch. A glancing blow.

Watson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Watson getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Watson's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Bang pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Watson throws a wild body kick that Bang sees coming a mile off. Bang throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bang will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jab by Bang. Watson instigates a clinch. John Watson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Watson misses with a short punch on the inside. Bang lands a left hand.
This has been an exciting period of action! Watson being controlled against the cage. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Bang creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Bang breaks the clinch.
