The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Phil Schofield and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lion looks to score with a jab to the body but Goldman is just out of range.
Goldman is trying hard to land a takedown here. Lion sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Lion throws a leg kick but Goldman sees it coming and checks it nicely.
We've been hearing reports that Goldman has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Lion really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Goldman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
