Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hai Doyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clit Johanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hai Doyle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johanson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Doyle fails to land with a series of punches.
Johanson finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Johanson looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Doyle wants to get back to his feet but Johanson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Johanson might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Doyle haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The fight stays on the outside here - Johanson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Horrible takedown by Johanson or perhaps it was just good defense by Doyle which made him look bad.

Doyle postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Doyle got a little sloppy there for a moment and Johanson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Doyle has managed to get both his arms back between Johanson's legs - danger averted.

Well Johanson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
