Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Micha Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Wongprasong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wolf comes to the cage accompanied by say. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Micha Wolf! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Lee Wongprasong! The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Sandra Marshall and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wolf blocks a head kick by Wongprasong.
Wongprasong fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Wolf avoids it really well and circles away. Wongprasong tries to clinch but Wolf is having none of it. Wolf doesn't succeed with the takedown and Wongprasong counters with a nice kick to the body. Wongprasong tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wolf sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wongprasong somewhat. Wolf shoots in looking for a takedown. Wongprasong tries to sprawl out of it but Wolf keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wongprasong manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Wongprasong tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Wolf manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wolf dodges the punch combination from Wongprasong.
Wongprasong lands with an uppercut that bounces Wolf off the cage and back into range. Wongprasong is looking to slow Wolf down with leg kicks. Nice sprawl there from Wongprasong as Wolf shoots in. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Micha Wolf. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wongprasong darts in looking for a takedown but Wolf gets double underhooks and turns Wongprasong into the cage. Wolf is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Wongprasong pulls him back up using the underhooks. A bit of stalling here from Wongprasong.

Wolf ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Wolf no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wolf is looking for a triangle but Wongprasong pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wolf trying to control the position here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wolf is trying to control the position but Wongprasong postures up. Wongprasong wants to stand but Wolf has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Wolf wants to get back to his feet but Wongprasong is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Wongprasong throws a big right hand that misses. Wongprasong must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Wolf being controlled here, momentarily. Wongprasong should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Wongprasong throws a right and a left that Wolf avoids nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wongprasong misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Lee Wongprasong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. No luck for Wongprasong with that takedown attempt. Wongprasong looks winded! Wongprasong has closed the distance and engaged Wolf in a clinch.
Nice body punch from Wongprasong - that landed with a thud.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Wongprasong creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Wolf tries to pull guard but Wongprasong forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Wongprasong drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Wolf gets the underhooks and prevents it.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Wongprasong jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Wolf walks away with a smile on his face. Wongprasong gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Wongprasong shoots for a takedown but Wolf saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Wolf throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
It looks like Lee Wongprasong has been cut. Wolf has a takedown stuffed. Wongprasong shoots in for a takedown but Wolf shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Wolf looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wongprasong is fending him off so far but Wolf persists. Nope, Wongprasong circles away and we're back to standing. This has been an exciting period of action! Wongprasong misses with a kick to the body.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Wolf fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Wolf throws a head kick that misses and Wongprasong counters by moving into the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Lee Wongprasong will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Lee Wongprasong's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Wongprasong lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Wongprasong shoots in for a double leg but Wolf sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Wongprasong misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Wolf fails with a takedown attempt from distance. A thudding body kick lands there by Wongprasong!

Wolf closes the distance and clinches up with Wongprasong, looking for a takedown. Wolf pushes Wongprasong against the cage but Wongprasong circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Lee Wongprasong seems to be getting the better of the standup. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Wongprasong swats away the attempt to clinch by Wolf. Wongprasong cracks Wolf with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wolf feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Wolf is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Wolf trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Wolf stays in close to Wongprasong's body and controls the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Micha Wolf wasn't doing enough on the ground. A nice leg kick lands there from Wongprasong. Wongprasong looks to land a combination. Wolf sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Wolf takes the fight into the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lee Wongprasong showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Lee Wongprasong's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Wolf tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Wongprasong swivels and escapes. Wongprasong displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Wolf. Wolf wants to clinch. Wongprasong rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wolf moves out of range and avoids them all easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wongprasong will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Wongprasong moves into range and clinches up with Wolf. Wolf is trying to pull guard but Wongprasong has him pressed against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Micha Wolf. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Wolf changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Wongprasong tries to avoid it but Wolf manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Wongprasong to the ground. Wongprasong escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Wongprasong lands a head kick!

Wolf moves out of range of the body kick. Wolf shoots in looking for a takedown but Wongprasong manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Wolf's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Wolf swinging wildly here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wongprasong displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Wongprasong throws a nice head kick!
Wolf is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Wolf shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Wongprasong defends it nicely. Oh Wolf is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Crunch! Wongprasong slams his shin into Wolf's torso. Wolf seems to have got his legs back now. Wongprasong lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Wongprasong pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Nice takedown defense from Wolf. No joy for Wongprasong on that attempt. Excellent takedown into side control there by Wolf.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wolf controls the position. Wolf trying to control the position but Wongprasong is working away. Wolf controlling the position from side mount. Wongprasong defending against the ground and pound. Wolf remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Wolf has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Micha Wolf wasn't doing enough on the ground. Wongprasong shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Wolf as he jumps to the side. Wolf looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Wongprasong keeps Wolf at a distance using the push kick. Wolf on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Wongprasong. Wongprasong obviously looking to wear him down.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Wongprasong feints and then cracks Wolf's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Wolf down. Wolf throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Wongprasong was covering up waiting for the punch and Wolf finishes the takedown easily into guard. Micha Wolf has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Lee Wongprasong is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Wolf lands a couple of digs.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Lee Wongprasong. I've got Wongprasong winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
