Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Darwingh Aquino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Estevan Derozan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Derozan circles away from the clinch attempt.
Nice takedown defense from Derozan. No joy for Aquino on that attempt.
Aquino gets caught flat footed, as Derozan shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Derozan trying to control but Aquino is working from the bottom.
Aquino has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Derozan has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Derozan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Aquino rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Derozan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Derozan closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Aquino's guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Aquino is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Derozan to keep the fight standing.

Derozan is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Aquino is surviving well by controlling Derozan's body position as best he can.
Derozan is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Aquino has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Estevan Derozan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Aquino's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Darwingh Aquino is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Aquino will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Aquino enables Derozan to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Aquino manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Derozan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Aquino swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Aquino looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Derozan throws a push kick but Aquino slaps the foot to one side.
Aquino darts in looking for a takedown but Derozan gets double underhooks and turns Aquino into the cage.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Derozan is looking for a triangle but Aquino pushes his legs off easily.
Darwingh Aquino has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Estevan Derozan is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Estevan Derozan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Derozan has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
