Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nicholas De La Torre!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De La Torre misses with an uppercut.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that De La Torre has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Desjardins lands a straight punch to the body, keeping De La Torre at a distance.

Desjardins looks to land a combination but De La Torre avoids it well.

What can De La Torre do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
