Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gunner Malone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Jacobs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Malone comes into the arena with Jimmy Hendrix - Vodoo Child blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Jacobs turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
A slow jab from Malone misses its intended target.
Jacobs throws a left that rocks Malone and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Jacobs dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Malone regain composure!
Malone is rocked!

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Malone has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Jacobs thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Malone is not content to let Jacobs control the position.

Jacobs tries to score with some ground and pound. Malone controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Jacobs tries to pass the half guard into mount. Malone knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Malone misses with an uppercut. Jacobs saw that one coming.
Malone walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Jacobs connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Jacobs throws a good cross that connects.
Malone paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Jacobs steps in with a hook that catches Malone right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Jacobs follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Malone looks absolutely devastated.
