The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Al Shaq ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Bansa throws a head kick that misses.
Al Shaq scores with a one two! Bansa had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Bansa slips under a jab from Al Shaq.
We've been hearing reports that Bansa has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Al Shaq clobbers Bansa with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Bansa is rocked!
Bansa bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Al Shaq feints with a jab and clips Bansa right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Bansa is sent crashing into the canvas and Al Shaq leaps in for the kill! Bansa tries to get to his feet but Al Shaq is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Bansa is in need of a savior and steps in!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mustafa Al Shaq!
