Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between John Bzdunek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomas Kalnoky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bzdunek comes to the cage accompanied by Kilka ostatnich krokow. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Tomas Kalnoky enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, John Bzdunek! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tomas Kalnoky! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Edson Gomes and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bzdunek misses with a wild combination.
Kalnoky has Bzdunek up against the cage in a clinch.
Bzdunek tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Kalnoky works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Kalnoky in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Kalnoky missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Kalnoky is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Bzdunek is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Bzdunek has escaped and now he's on top! Bzdunek wants to control from the top but Kalnoky keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kalnoky is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of John Bzdunek. Bzdunek stuns Kalnoky with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Kalnoky avoids the body shot from Bzdunek.
Bzdunek gets caught napping as Kalnoky dives in and scores a takedown. Bzdunek manages to retain guard.

Kalnoky drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bzdunek looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bzdunek looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bzdunek! Bzdunek is looking to take a break and control but Kalnoky is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Kalnoky is looking for a sweep.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bzdunek trying to control the position but Kalnoky is working away. Bzdunek wants to stand but Kalnoky has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard. Kalnoky manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Kalnoky with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Kalnoky is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Bzdunek can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bzdunek in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tomas Kalnoky dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
No luck for Kalnoky with that takedown attempt. Kalnoky darts in looking for a takedown but Bzdunek gets double underhooks and turns Kalnoky into the cage. Kalnoky has hold of one of Bzdunek's legs. Bzdunek is fighting the takedown attempt but Kalnoky gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Kalnoky trying to control but Bzdunek is working from the bottom. Kalnoky postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Bzdunek keeping moving, preventing Kalnoky from controlling successfully. Kalnoky throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Kalnoky advances position into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Kalnoky swings around for an armbar but Bzdunek sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Kalnoky's guard. Bzdunek not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Bzdunek trying to control the position from guard on top but Kalnoky is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref stands the fighters back up. John Bzdunek wasn't doing enough on the ground. Bzdunek misses with a series of wild punches.
Bzdunek tries to bum rush Kalnoky with a series of wild strikes but Kalnoky uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kalnoky shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bzdunek but Bzdunek pushes him off and we're back to square one. John Bzdunek has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tomas Kalnoky. Bzdunek scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. John Bzdunek is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Bzdunek works Kalnoky's body with a nice hook. Sloppy strikes from Bzdunek. Those never looked like landing. Kalnoky changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bzdunek tries to avoid it but Kalnoky manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bzdunek to the ground. Bzdunek escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Kalnoky shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bzdunek sprawls well. Bzdunek wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kalnoky gets slowly back to his feet. Bzdunek tries to bum rush Kalnoky with a series of wild strikes but Kalnoky uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Sloppy strikes from Bzdunek. That's three minutes gone in the round. Kalnoky clinches up with Bzdunek and pushes him back against the cage. Kalnoky has Bzdunek pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Kalnoky pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Bzdunek tumbling to the mat - Kalnoky dives into Bzdunek's guard. Bzdunek keeping moving, preventing Kalnoky from controlling successfully. Kalnoky loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Kalnoky not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Kalnoky passes easily into side control. Nice work. Bzdunek is not content to let Kalnoky control the position.

Tomas Kalnoky showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Kalnoky misses with a takedown attempt - Bzdunek sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Kalnoky closes the distance and clinches up with Bzdunek, looking for a takedown. Kalnoky pushes Bzdunek against the cage but Bzdunek circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Bzdunek jabbing away but nothing is landing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bzdunek misses with a body shot
and Kalnoky counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Bzdunek! Kalnoky throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Kalnoky tries for a kimura but Bzdunek is defending well. Kalnoky wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bzdunek, who protects the arm well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bzdunek regains half guard there - taking advantage of Kalnoky's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. Kalnoky is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Kalnoky trying to control the position from guard on top but Bzdunek is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kalnoky pushes down on Bzdunek's leg and manages to get into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kalnoky is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Bzdunek still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Bzdunek has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kalnoky is trying to escape the position but Bzdunek is controlling the position. Kalnoky tries to improve position but can't. Kalnoky sneaks back into half guard. Bzdunek wants to control but Kalnoky is keeping him busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Kalnoky is trying to get back to full guard. Kalnoky manages to get to full guard.

And that's the end of the fight! Tomas Kalnoky comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Kalnoky winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
