Kivessoo has chosen Children Of Bodom - Blooddrunk as his entrance music. Janno Kivessoo has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Danger Takeshi's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Danger Takeshi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Janno Kivessoo! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Taro Takaoka and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Takeshi circles away from the clinch attempt.
Takeshi keeps the fight on the outside. Kivessoo clinches. Kivessoo crunches a lovely knee into Takeshi's ribcage. Kivessoo tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Takeshi just stands there and leans against the cage. Kivessoo has Takeshi pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Kivessoo pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Takeshi tumbling to the mat - Kivessoo dives into Takeshi's guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Takeshi manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kivessoo manages to get himself to full guard.
Takeshi prevents Kivessoo from getting back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kivessoo pulls Takeshi in close to his closed guard and prevents Takeshi from doing any damage or advancing position. Takeshi trying to control but Kivessoo is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kivessoo not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Kivessoo lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Takeshi! Takeshi is looking to get to half guard. The referee warns Takeshi that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Takeshi is trying desperately to improve position. Takeshi manages to regain half guard. Good work. Kivessoo is looking to take a break and control but Takeshi is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Takeshi moves into full guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Kivessoo would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Kivessoo stopping the sweep attempt from Takeshi. Takeshi not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Kivessoo goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Takeshi avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kivessoo slips under a jab from Takeshi. Takeshi ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Takeshi circles away from the clinch attempt.
Takeshi throws a right and a left that Kivessoo avoids nicely. A slow jab from Takeshi misses its intended target. Takeshi lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Janno Kivessoo has been cut. Kivessoo looks gassed! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kivessoo misses with an uppercut. Kivessoo gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Takeshi passes Kivessoo's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Takeshi throwing shots but Kivessoo is blocking nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Takeshi controlling the action here. Takeshi wants to take a breather but Kivessoo is having none of it. Takeshi thows a huge punch but Kivessoo dodges it nicely.
Takeshi seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kivessoo does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Takeshi is just content to waste time from the top position. Kivessoo takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Kivessoo doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Takeshi trying to control but Kivessoo is working from the bottom.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Takeshi tries for a takedown but Kivessoo sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Janno Kivessoo will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Janno Kivessoo's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Kivessoo ducks under a wild hook from Takeshi. Kivessoo scores with a decent looking hook. Kivessoo moves out of range of the strikes. Takeshi bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kivessoo's head backwards. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Takeshi thuds his right hand into Kivessoo's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. A decent looking cross lands there for Kivessoo. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kivessoo has taken the fight to the clinch.
Kivessoo creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. A nice glancing elbow lands by Kivessoo. Kivessoo with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Takeshi wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Kivessoo prevents Takeshi from breaking the clinch. Takeshi is looking to break free of the clinch but Kivessoo has double underhooks. Takeshi blocks an elbow strike from Kivessoo.
Kivessoo throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Takeshi blocks it with crossed arms. Takeshi wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Kivessoo has him pressed against the cage. Takeshi is looking to break free of the clinch but Kivessoo has double underhooks. Kivessoo drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Takeshi gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Kivessoo is breathing heavily. Kivessoo misses with some punches.
Takeshi manages to break the clinch.
Takeshi lands a lovely overhand right.
That has opened up Janno Kivessoo's cut even more. Takeshi throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kivessoo sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Kivessoo tries to clinch up but Takeshi circles away and keeps his distance. Kivessoo throws a head kick that misses. Janno Kivessoo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Kivessoo has managed to clinch.

A wild punch that just about connected. Takeshi misses with a straight left. Takeshi connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Kivessoo's hands.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kivessoo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Takeshi. Takeshi throws a looping overhand right but Kivessoo ducks down to avoid it. Kivessoo is looking to clinch but Takeshi is avoiding it.
Danger Takeshi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Takeshi throws a shot from downtown. Kivessoo moves away and avoids it. Kivessoo tries to close the distance and clinch but Takeshi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Takeshi shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Takeshi showed some decent athleticism there. Kivessoo makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Takeshi misses with a hook. Takeshi throws a hook but Kivessoo avoids it easily. Takeshi is looking to take a break and control but Kivessoo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Kivessoo is looking to improve his position.

Kivessoo tries to avoid it but Takeshi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kivessoo to the ground. Kivessoo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Kivessoo fails in his attempt to clinch. Kivessoo checks a low kick from Takeshi. Takeshi throws out a loose jab but Kivessoo uses good head movement to avoid it. Takeshi loads up on a big right hand but Kivessoo slips the punch. Kivessoo moves into the clinch. Kivessoo throws an elbow but it misses.

Kivessoo lands an elbow just above Takeshi 's eye. Kivessoo misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Takeshi.
Takeshi is trying to break free. Takeshi has had enough of the clinch but Kivessoo keeps him there for the moment. With the fighters up against the cage, Kivessoo throws an elbow but misses. Takeshi is trying to break free. Takeshi avoids a wild elbow strike from Kivessoo. Kivessoo misses with an elbow over the top. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Takeshi is looking to break free of the clinch but Kivessoo has double underhooks. A battle for position here, against the cage. Kivessoo unloads a knee to the mid-section. Takeshi lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Takeshi lands a nice shot to the body. Takeshi drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Kivessoo keeping moving, preventing Takeshi from controlling successfully. Takeshi working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Takeshi trying to control the position from guard on top but Kivessoo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Takeshi has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Takeshiis looking to pass into half guard but Kivessoo pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Kivessoo is in guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Takeshi controls Kivessoo momentarily but Kivessoo frees himself. Takeshi working a defensive guard but Kivessoo manages to pass into side control anyway.
Takeshi on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Takeshi tries to get out of the position. Kivessoo trying to control the position but Takeshi is working away. Takeshi looking for a sweep but Kivessoo has passed into full mount! Oh no! Takeshi is trying to escape the mount.
Takeshi is working hard here to advance position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kivessoo tries to control but Takeshi wriggling away. Kivessoo prevents Takeshi from getting the reversal. Kivessoo lands a big elbow. Takeshi keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Kivessoo putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Takeshi wants to hold on but Kivessoo pushes him away. Takeshi is in all sorts of trouble here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Takeshi taking shots to the head. Kivessoo tries to control but Takeshi wriggling away. Takeshi is trying desperately to improve position. Kivessoo is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Takeshi can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Takeshi tries to reverse the position but Kivessoo maintains control.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Danger Takeshi. I think Takeshi has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
