Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wilford Booker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Caelus Nox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nox has chosen Why cant we be freinds as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Chris Edwards and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nox decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Nox wants to stand but Booker has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Booker wants to improve his position but Nox is controlling well.
Booker trying to control from the bottom.
Nox is trying to work for a kimura but Booker is defending well.
Booker tries to kick Nox off but Nox keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Nox is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Booker defends it well.
Booker really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Nox is trying to control. Booker wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Nox is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Nox stands up and beckons Booker to join him on the feet.
Nox throws a left and a right that both miss
and Booker counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Booker tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nox swivels and escapes.
Nox drives through with a takedown into guard.
Nox looks winded!
Booker is working an open guard so Nox takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Nox misses with a jab, cross combination.
Nox throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Booker was covering up waiting for the punch and Nox finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Booker bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Nox's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Nox is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Nox is looking for a triangle but Booker pushes his legs off easily.
Nox throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Booker escapes and throws Nox's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Booker is trying to stick to Nox's back but Nox is turning into Booker. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Booker's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Nox.

Booker is looking to regain half guard here but Nox keeps moving and retains side control.

Nox in side control lands a decent elbow.
Nox decides to stand up, so the ref orders Booker to his feet.
Caelus Nox is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Nox shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Nox showed some decent athleticism there.
Nox seems to be looking for submissions.

Caelus Nox showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Nox closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Nox lands in his opponent's guard.
Booker is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Nox controls from within his opponent's guard.
Nox throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Booker works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Nox trying to control the position from guard on top but Booker is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Nox controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Caelus Nox hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Booker tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

It looks like Wilford Booker has been cut.
Nox dives in and gets a big takedown. He lands in full mount and immediately unloads a series of heavy strikes! Booker has had enough and taps out.

After winning the bout, Caelus Nox thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
