Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lemock Kraigsly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zack Myers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lemock Kraigsly!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zack Myers!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Aafke Stam and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kraigsly leaves Myers with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Kraigsly could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Myers closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kraigsly to the mat! Kraigsly manages to get full guard.
Myers throwing strikes from guard but Kraigsly blocks nicely.
Myers is looking to work some ground and pound but Kraigsly has wrist control.
Myers is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Myers throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kraigsly works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Kraigsly utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Myers working some strikes from top position.
Kraigsly knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Myers on the ground.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Myers postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Kraigsly might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Myers lands a couple of digs.
Myers throwing strikes from guard but Kraigsly blocks nicely.

Myers loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Myers has gone for a leg lock! Kraigsly slips out almost immediately though and dives into Myers's guard.
Myers is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Kraigsly got a little sloppy there for a moment and Myers has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kraigsly has managed to get both his arms back between Myers's legs - danger averted.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Myers has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kraigsly can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Myers is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Myers manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Myers goes for a takedown attempt but Kraigsly pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Myers shoots in looking for a takedown but Kraigsly manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Myers's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Lemock Kraigsly has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zack Myers.
Sloppy strikes from Kraigsly. Those never looked like landing.
Myers looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Myers misses with a two punch combination.
Kraigsly keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Kraigsly doesn't manage to clinch there - Myers circles away.
Zack Myers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kraigsly misses with an uppercut.
Kraigsly swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
No luck for Myers with that takedown attempt.
Lemock Kraigsly is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Myers closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kraigsly circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Zack Myers dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Myers shoots in for a takedown but Kraigsly shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Myers shoots in looking for a takedown. Kraigsly tries to sprawl out of it but Myers keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kraigsly manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Myers slips under a jab from Kraigsly.
Myers dives in and grabs Kraigsly's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kraigsly pushes down on Myers's head and hops out.
Lemock Kraigsly has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zack Myers.
Myers shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kraigsly as he avoids it easily.
Myers is looking to land body kicks.
Myers ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kraigsly tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Myers paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kraigsly throws a body punch but Myers moves out of range.
Myers with a lazy takedown attempt

and Kraigsly counters by moving into the clinch.
Kraigsly throws an elbow but it misses.
Kraigsly throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Myers wants to take the fight to the mat but Kraigsly manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Myers fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Myers has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Myers tries to pull guard but Kraigsly forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Myers fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Kraigsly is pressed up against the cage. Myers has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Kraigsly down to the mat. Kraigsly avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Kraigsly pushes Myers up against the cage in a clinch.
Kraigsly lands a body shot.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Kraigsly misses with an elbow over the top.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kraigsly misses with an elbow strike.
Myers tries for a takedown but Kraigsly manages to get underhooks.
Kraigsly leaning his opponent against the cage.
Kraigsly tries a body shot but Myers blocks it.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Kraigsly lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Myers wants a takedown.
Myers drops down looking for an ankle pick but Kraigsly pulls his leg out and moves away.
Myers on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Myers shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kraigsly pinned against the cage. Kraigsly gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lemock Kraigsly dominated that second round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Myers gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Kraigsly wants to get back to his feet.

Myers is working for a kimura but Kraigsly is defending it quite comfortably.
Kraigsly on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kraigsly tries to get out of the position.
Myers lands with a punch from half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Myers is working for a submission of some sort.

Myers is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Kraigsly sees it coming and defends easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Myers frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Myers throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Kraigsly wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Myers.
Poor strikes thrown by Myers there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

It looks like Lemock Kraigsly has been cut.

Myers is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Myers!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Zack Myers!
A relieved looking Zack Myers thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
