Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Hugo Decoste!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
36 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Adam Kemp!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Decoste tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Kemp paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kemp throws out a head kick that Decoste doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Decoste crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Decoste's eyes and has decided to let it go on!
It looks like Hugo Decoste has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Decoste steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kemp.
Decoste seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Hugo Decoste seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kemp lands a nice looking body shot.
Kemp cracks Decoste with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Decoste is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Decoste is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine!
Decoste avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Kemp cracks Decoste with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Decoste is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Decoste is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Decoste could not beat the count!
