Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Foster Barkley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glenardo Gonzalez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gonzalez has chosen I Will Be Heard as his entrance music. Glenardo Gonzalez has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Glenardo Gonzalez!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shirou Masuda and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barkley fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Gonzalez gets a takedown into half guard.
Barkley wants to control but Gonzalez is keeping busy.
Gonzalez is taking a breather. Barkley says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Barkley is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Barkley is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Gonzalez pulls his head out easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gonzalez is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Barkley!

Barkley is trying desperately to improve position.
Gonzalez working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Barkley turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Gonzalez off and cradles Barkley's limp body as Gonzalez celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Glenardo Gonzalez!
