Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Craig David (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerome Le Banner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). David comes into the arena with Craig David - Rise and Fall blaring out of the sound system. Le Banner has chosen Carmina Burana as his entrance music. Jerome Le Banner will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
23 - 29 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Craig David! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jerome Le Banner! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Le Banner clinches. Le Banner lands a damaging elbow.
It looks like Craig David has been cut. David breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. David looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Le Banner, as that shot connected.
David takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. David moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Le Banner scores with a push kick. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. David with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Le Banner to score with a decent uppercut.
Craig David's cut is getting worse. Le Banner connects with a right hand. David shakes it off. Le Banner lands a straight punch to the body, keeping David at a distance.
Le Banner has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Le Banner wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. David takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Le Banner clinches up against the ropes. Le Banner lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. David misses with a hook from the clinch. Le Banner comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. David looking to stall.
David breaks the clinch.
David takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Craig David's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Jerome Le Banner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Le Banner thuds a left hand into David's body. David chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Le Banner can pounce on him.
David is breathing heavily. Le Banner forces David back against the ropes and clinches. Le Banner lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of David backwards. David tries to break the clinch but Le Banner is controlling the position. David takes a knee to the side of the body. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A quick uppercut on the inside from Le Banner. Le Banner connects with a knee to the head.
Jeez, Craig David's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked. A nice glancing elbow lands by Le Banner.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Craig David's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Jerome Le Banner! During a confident post fight interview, Jerome Le Banner thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
