Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tim Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hamood Hallak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Johnson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hamood Hallak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hallak throws an overhand right that lands on Johnson's shoulder, as Johnson tries to avoid the shot.

Hallak changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Johnson tries to avoid it but Hallak manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Johnson to the ground. Johnson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hallak tries to bum rush Johnson with a series of wild strikes but Johnson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Hallak throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hallak connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Hallak lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Horrible takedown by Hallak or perhaps it was just good defense by Johnson which made him look bad.
