PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bloody Blood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Galneryus - Everlasting. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hunter gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Blood to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Blood wants to control from the top but Hunter keeps moving.
Blood won't allow Hunter to sweep him here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hunter wants to get back to his feet but Blood is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Blood pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hunter is keeping the position for now.
Hunter wants to stand but Blood is controlling the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

A looping hook to the body misses from Hunter. Blood does a little dance to reset his feet.
Blood throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Blood avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hunter tries to clinch but Blood is having none of it.

Hunter clinches up against the cage.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Blood definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Hunter misses with the head strike.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Tim Hunter.
Hunter tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Blood manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Tim Hunter is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Blood walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Hunter checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

and Blood decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Hunter's guard.

Hunter pulls Blood in close to prevent any damage.

Hunter wants to stand and escape. He's got his foot on Blood's hips, looking to push off. But Blood grabs a hold of the leg and drops back for an ankle lock! It's hard to tell if he's got it. Both fighters look composed - OH, not anymore they don't! Hunter screams like a kid who's trapped his fingers in the car door and taps out! Yikes, that must have hurt - hopefully it's not snapped anything!
