The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dayshus cracks McClelland with a right hand to the side of the head.
Dayshus bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Dayshus leaves McClelland with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

McClelland gets control of Dayshus's arms and successfully pulls guard. McClelland will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Dayshus will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

McClelland has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Dayshus! Can he survive? No! He's out! McClelland gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
