Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franck throws a jab when Ikeda was well out of range.
Franck lands a nice shot to the body.
Ikeda moves in looking to clinch but Franck pushes him off.
Franck connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Ikeda fails with the takedown
and Franck counters with a stiff right hand.
Ikeda throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Franck scores with a body shot.
Franck lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Franck fails to land with a series of punches.
Franck leaves Ikeda with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Ikeda tries for a takedown but Franck circles away easily
and Franck counters with a series of strikes. Ikeda will be more careful next time no doubt.
Joseph Franck has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yuuga Ikeda.
Franck tests Ikeda's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Franck throws a right and a left that both miss.
Franck lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Ikeda is rocked!
Franck pounces like a tiger and cracks Ikeda with a vicious hook! Ikeda is down but not out! Franck follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
