Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kenny Clack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Shamrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ken Shamrock will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ken Shamrock!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shamrock cracks Clack with a good jab.
Shamrock bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Clack missing with a left hand there. Shamrock was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Clack throws an off balance right hand
and Shamrock counters with a one-two to the body.
Clack lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Clack uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Shamrock.
Clack throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Shamrock misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Clack throws a low kick, looking for Shamrock's leg but Shamrock calmly moves out of range.
Shamrock moves out of range of the strikes.
Clack looks to land a right hand but Shamrock moved out of range.
Clack wants to slow Shamrock down by chopping away at his legs.
We've been hearing reports that Clack has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Clack thows a leg kick but Shamrock checks it
and Clack takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Shamrock checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Shamrock connects with a body shot.
Kenny Clack seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Clack closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Shamrock quickly recovers to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Shamrock wants to get back to full guard.
Clack thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Clack throws a strike but Shamrock avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Clack postures up.
Clack cracks Shamrock with a solid left hand.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Clack accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Shamrock wants to get back to his feet but Clack is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Clack with a nice head shot there.
Clack loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Shamrock looking to hit a scissor sweep but Clack is one step ahead there.
Clack passes into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Shamrock is trying to stand up here but Clack is controlling him well.

Clack is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Shamrock is just riding it out for now. Clack eventually gives up the hold.
Shamrock wants to get back to his feet.

Shamrock is looking to control Clack's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Shamrock avoid being mounted?
Clack stalling.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kenny Clack dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Jab, jab by Shamrock - just one landing.
Shamrock doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Donk. Clack catches Shamrock right on the button with a cross.
Clack misses with a right hand
and Shamrock makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Clack swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A slow jab from Shamrock misses its intended target.
Clack misses with a lunging right hand
and Shamrock counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Shamrock gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Shamrock ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Clack moves away.
Kenny Clack is winning the standup battle so far.
Shamrock changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Ken Shamrock is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Clack scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Shamrock misses with a looping right.
Shamrock scores with a jab. Clack acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
A chopping leg kick lands by Clack.

Shamrock displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Clack throws out the jab.
Clack misses with a looping left.
Clack with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
A combination from Shamrock does no damage.
Shamrock slaps away a takedown attempt from Clack, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Shamrock checks the leg kick nicely there.
Clack throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Clack misses with a low kick.
Clack throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Shamrock sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Clack will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Shamrock checks a leg kick.

Clack digs a good body shot into Shamrock's ribs.
Clack feints and then cracks Shamrock's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Shamrock down.
Shamrock tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
That kick from Clack tenderised Shamrock's leg. Shamrock is trying to keep his angry face on.
Shamrock slips under a jab.
Clack throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Clack scores with a hook to the body. Shamrock takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
An inside leg kick lands from Clack.

Clack closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Shamrock quickly recovers to half guard.
Ground and pound from Clack.
Clack is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Shamrock keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Clack looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Shamrock with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Clack lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Clack scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Clack scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Clack looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Clack throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Clack is trying for a kimura here. Shamrock looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Clack wins by kimura!
