The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Lee closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lee lands in his opponent's guard.
Black looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Lee passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Lee thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Lee wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Black, who protects the arm well.

Lee cracks Black with a big right hand but Black just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Lee is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Black is trying to escape and Lee transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Black is forced to tap! Nice work there by Lee! Very nice indeed!
