0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Doug Deep! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Deep misses with a left hand and Smith counters with a one-two to the body. Deep misses with an uppercut
and Smith counters with a flying knee. Nice. Smith gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Deep to score an easy takedown into full guard. Deep scoring with punches to the head and body. This has been an exciting period of action! Deep stays in close to Smith's body and controls the position. Deep scoring with some ground and pound. Deep gets to his feet and stands over Smith, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Smith felt that one! Deep unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Smith from any more punishment!
