Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pollux Ulysses (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Ronson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Dirk Anderson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ulysses fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Ronson on the side of the head.
Ulysses misses with a series of wild punches.
Ronson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ulysses.
Ulysses thows a body shot but no joy.
We've been told by Ulysses's head coaches at Island Top Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Ulysses tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ronson was well out of range. Poor timing from Ulysses.
Ronson misses with a looping left.
Ronson manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Ulysses on his heels. He'll look to pass Ulysses's guard now, I'm sure.
Ulysses on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Ulysses tries to get out of the position.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Ronson postures up in Ulysses's guard and throws a big left but Ulysses blocks it.

Oooooh!!! Ulysses has knocked Ronson down with a huge combo! Ulysses steps away and waves a wobbly Ronson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Charles Ronson has been cut.
Ulysses cracks Ronson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ulysses has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Ronson to stand back up!
Ronson is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ulysses cracks Ronson on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Ronson falls backwards against the cage. Ulysses follows up with more strikes that drop Ronson to his knees. Ulysses keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Ronson! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pollux Ulysses!
