The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moreira throws a big shot that misses.
Moreira throws a hook but Ai blocks it.
Ai takes the fight into the clinch.
Ai tries to pull guard but Moreira forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Moreira digs a right hand underneath Ai's ribcage. Ai let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Ai is trying to pull guard but Moreira has him pressed against the cage.
Ai missing with knees to the body.
Ai prevents a body shot from Moreira.
Moreira tries to work over Ai's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Ai decides to pull guard.
Moreira has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Moreira avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Moreira tries to stand but Ai is controlling from the bottom.
Ai lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Moreira!
Moreira squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.

Ai is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Moreira is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Moreira flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Ai anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Moreira and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Ai slips an arm under Moreira chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Ai has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Ai is squeezing on Moreira like an anaconda would it's prey. Moreira fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Vacilo Ai!
A relieved looking Vacilo Ai thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
