Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tai Bushido!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Taro Takaoka and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Mullish looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Mullish looks to clinch
and Bushido counters with a takedown into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bushido tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bushido has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Mullish looks to move to half guard but instead Bushido has passed into mount! Damn!
Mullish knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bushido on the ground.
Mullish wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bushido is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Mullish is in real trouble.

Mullish is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

Bushido is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Bushido is cranking Mullish's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Mullish! He's tightened the choke and Mullish is tapping out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Tai Bushido!
In defeat, Exaban Mullish stepped up to the mic, saying 'I did what I did and lost. I will fight again and win'.
