Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jean Luc LaFrance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Serano Lukowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jean Luc LaFrance had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.8lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Serano Lukowski has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jean Luc LaFrance's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lukowski scores with a hook to the body. LaFrance takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
LaFrance looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Lukowski is trying hard to land a takedown here. LaFrance sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Lukowski throws out a powerful jab.
A head kick misses from LaFrance.
LaFrance tries a head kick but it misses.
LaFrance takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Lukowski gets a clinch.
LaFrance blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Lukowski is trying to drag LaFrance to the mat but LaFrance just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Lukowski tries for a takedown but LaFrance manages to get underhooks.
Jean Luc LaFrance has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Serano Lukowski.

Lukowski has hold of one of LaFrance's legs. LaFrance is fighting the takedown attempt but Lukowski gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Lukowski drops back looking for a leg! LaFrance is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and LaFrance manages to kick Lukowski off! Lukowski jumps back into LaFrance's guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Lukowski in particular looking to stall.

Lukowski is looking to take a break and control but LaFrance is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Lukowski has hold of LaFrance's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! LaFrance tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Lukowski cranks the arm and LaFrance screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from LaFrance, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
