Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Daigon Kins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jimmy Cowan!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cowan will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Cowan looks to score with a jab to the body but Kins is just out of range.
Cowan wants to clinch
and Kins counters with a head kick. That will keep Cowan thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Kins throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Cowan avoids the head kick by Kins.
Kins misses with a looping right.
Horrible takedown by Cowan or perhaps it was just good defense by Kins which made him look bad.

and Cowan counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Cowan stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.

Cowan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kins as he jumps to the side.
Daigon Kins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jimmy Cowan.

Cowan drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Cowan is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Kins is trying to escape and Cowan transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Kins is forced to tap! Nice work there by Cowan! Very nice indeed!
