Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benito Carnera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carnera comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Liberi o no! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva thuds his right hand into Carnera's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Silva throws a left and a right that both miss
and Carnera counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up but Carnera swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Carnera shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Silva eats them both and turns towards Carnera to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Carnera lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
