Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ricky Corre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seth Zane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zane has chosen Alexisonfire - Mailbox Arson as his entrance music. Seth Zane will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ricky Corre! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Seth Zane! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Dean Styles and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zane drives through with a takedown into Corre's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Corre keeping full guard, as Zane tries to pass. Corre keeping moving, preventing Zane from controlling successfully. Corre is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Corre holds on and takes a little breather. Zane passes Corre's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Corre wants to get back to his feet. Corre is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at ~Abobomination Training $700 13 LEGIT elite coache, so we'll see if he gets out of it. Zane is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Corre has managed to free his arm - good work. Corre gets full guard. Zane wants to pass the guard but Corre is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Corre working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Zane doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Zane manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Zane trying to control but Corre is working from the bottom. Zane drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Corre manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Zane has Corre in his guard. Our spies down at at Demon's Elite Gym (12 Elite) inform us that Zane has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Corre trying to stand up but can't free himself from Zane's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zane keeping moving, preventing Corre from controlling successfully. Corre wants to stand but Zane is controlling his posture from full guard. Zane bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Corre's guard. Zane stopping the sweep attempt from Corre. Zane trying to control but Corre is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Corre wants to stand but Zane is controlling the position. Zane trying to control but Corre is working from the bottom. Zane stands and throws Corre's legs to the side, diving into side control. Zane is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Corre is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Zane is trying to get an arm triangle but Corre is defending well. Zane trying to control the position but Corre is working away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Corre is looking for a sweep. Zane tries for a kimura but Corre is defending well. Corre controls the position for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Zane is looking to take a break and control but Corre is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Zane looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Corre tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Zane wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Seth Zane dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Zane fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Corre sprawls well initially but Zane persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Corre is trying to get back to full guard. Zane looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Zane is thwarting Corre's attempts to control the position. Zane is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Corre is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Seth Zane! Our winner, Seth Zane, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
