Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Donald Donkey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bjorn Eriksson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Donald Donkey! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bjorn Eriksson! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Arvi Lind and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donkey bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Donkey swings and misses with a shot to the body enabling Eriksson to counter with a crisp jab. Eriksson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Donkey throws out the jab. Donkey looks to score with a jab to the body but Eriksson is just out of range. Eriksson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Donkey throws a sloppy head kick and Eriksson moves out of range easily. Jab by Donkey. Donkey looks to throw the jab but Eriksson is out of range. Donkey is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Eriksson on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Eriksson is rocked! Eriksson connects with a nice looking jab.
Eriksson is looking to clinch. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Eriksson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Donkey sprawls well. Donkey wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Eriksson gets slowly back to his feet. Eriksson misses with a wild combination.
Donkey throws a sloppy head kick and Eriksson moves out of range easily. Donkey looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That's one minute gone in the round. Donkey bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Eriksson misses with a takedown attempt - Donkey sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. The fighters circling - Eriksson throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Eriksson tries to clinch there but Donkey circles away.
Crunch! Donkey slams his shin into Eriksson's torso. Eriksson tries to clinch but Donkey moves out of range. Donkey lands with a slapping head kick. A nice inside leg kick there by Donkey. That's going to slow Eriksson down. Donkey throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Eriksson looks winded! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Donkey clinches up against the cage. Donkey misses with a punch on the inside.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Eriksson struggles to land a body shot inside as Donkey controls his hands.
Donkey lands a body shot. Donkey gets through Eriksson's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Eriksson tries to work over Donkey's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Eriksson tries to break free but Donkey pushes him back against the cage. A right handed body shot lands from Donkey.
Eriksson's coach down at LOD Gym Now with StandUP was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Eriksson's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Donkey prevents a body shot from Eriksson. Donkey is leaning against Eriksson and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Donkey creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Donkey lands on the inside with an uppercut. Eriksson is still on wobbly legs! Can Donkey finish him? Donkey tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Eriksson seems to have recovered his senses. Donkey lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Donkey lands a left hand.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Eriksson blocks a body shot from Donkey. Donkey lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. A short right from Donkey. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Donkey creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Donkey stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Eriksson blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Donkey is pushing Eriksson up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Eriksson avoiding damage as Donkey throws knees to the body.

Donkey tries to throw a body punch but Eriksson avoids it by throwing Donkey back against the cage. Donkey misses with the head strike.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Donkey lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Eriksson backwards. Donkey fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Donkey gets through Eriksson's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Donkey prevents a body shot from Eriksson. Donkey throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Eriksson tries to throw a body punch but Donkey avoids it by throwing Eriksson back against the cage. Eriksson blocks an uppercut.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Donald Donkey dominated that round. That's time! Donkey's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Donkey lands a big head kick that sends Eriksson tumbling to the mat! Donkey takes a step backwards and waves Eriksson back to his feet - he wants the finish! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Donkey lands a body shot.
Bjorn Eriksson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Donkey misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Eriksson.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Donkey.
Eriksson gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Donkey gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Eriksson is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Donald Donkey! Donald Donkey retains his bantamweight title! A relieved looking Donald Donkey thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
