Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Loki Schwager (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuri Sichev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yuri Sichev is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

25 - 21 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Yuri Sichev! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Ivan Kurochkin and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schwager loads up on a big right hand but Sichev slips the punch. Sichev fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Sichev uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Schwager.
Sichev closes the distance and clinches. Sichev is working for takedown but Schwager is calmly controlling the position for now. Sichev breaks the clinch.
Schwager throws a series of punches but Sichev avoids them all with ease. Sichev ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Schwager stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Schwager wants it to stay on the feet. Loki Schwager has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yuri Sichev. Sichev tries to score a power double leg takedown but Schwager sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sichev somewhat. Sichev shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Schwager as he jumps to the side. Schwager misses with a wild combination.
Schwager throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's one minute gone in the round. Schwager throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Schwager gets tackled into the cage by Sichev. Sichev maintains the clinch. Sichev is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Schwager gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Sichev is working for takedown but Schwager is calmly controlling the position for now. Schwager prevents a takedown attempt there.

Sichev is trying to drag Schwager to the mat but Schwager just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Sichev looks winded! Schwager is looking to break free of the clinch but Sichev has double underhooks. Sichev tries to score a body lock takedown but Schwager shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Sichev jumps guard but Schwager turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sichev gets control of Schwager's arms and successfully pulls guard. Sichev will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Schwager wants to stand but Sichev has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Sichev with a couple of shots from the bottom there - nothing Schwager can't handle though.
Schwager tries to stand but Sichev is controlling from the bottom. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sichev has his foot on Schwager's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Schwager works his way back into a safe position though. Sichev is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Sichev has a closed guard, preventing Schwager from standing up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sichev working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Schwager doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Schwager manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Schwager wants to stand but Sichev is controlling his posture from full guard. Schwager preventing the sweep. Schwager has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sichev is proving hard to escape from.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Schwager got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sichev has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Schwager has managed to get both his arms back between Sichev's legs - danger averted. Sichev trying to keep a closed guard but Schwager is proving a slippery customer.
Schwager wants to stand but Sichev is controlling his posture from full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sichev is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Schwager is aware though and is defending well. Sichev escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Schwager gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Schwager gets to his feet. Sichev looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Schwager rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sichev moves out of range and avoids them all easily. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sichev is defended easily by Schwager. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Loki Schwager will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!

Sichev is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Schwager catches Sichev with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Sichev forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Loki Schwager! An out of breath Loki Schwager thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
