Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bunny Anstey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jun Mizuno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anstey comes into the arena with Friends in lower places blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jun Mizuno! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Steve Smith.

Anstey drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Anstey sitting in guard, not really doing much. Anstey won't allow Mizuno to sweep him here. Anstey showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Mizuno is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Anstey manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Mizuno on his heels. He'll look to pass Mizuno's guard now, I'm sure. Anstey is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at EUOLUCAO MMA that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet. Anstey content to stall in guard here. Anstey content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mizuno being controlled here, momentarily. Anstey working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

and Anstey counters with a nice double leg into guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Mizuno not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Anstey controlling his opponent. Mizuno wants to control but Anstey is having none of it. Anstey controlling from the full mount. Anstey looking to finish Mizuno with some ground and pound. This is bad for Mizuno!

This has been an exciting period of action! Anstey tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Anstey scoring with strikes but Mizuno is staying in there. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Anstey punishing his opponent with strikes.

It looks like Jun Mizuno has been cut. Mizuno tries to get back to half guard but can't. Anstey fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bunny Anstey dominated that round. The cut man is working on Jun Mizuno's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Anstey gets the takedown into side control. Mizuno tries to bench press Anstey off him but Anstey keeps the position. Anstey has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Mizuno is being controlled here. Mizuno tries to buck Anstey off but Anstey is having none of it. Mizuno really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Anstey. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Anstey controls the position. Anstey working the ground and pound.

The cut above Jun Mizuno's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jun Mizuno's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Bunny Anstey! Bunny Anstey decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way. In defeat, Jun Mizuno stepped up to the mic, saying 'Team Goroshi - Kore Fight Nutrition - Euolucao MMA - CEFC'.
