Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbari closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Barbari scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Barbari slips a nice elbow through Svenson's hands, connecting with Svenson's forehead.
It looks like Barbari is going to stand back up.
Svenson tries to roll over but Barbari keeps him under control.

Barbari changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Svenson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Barbari must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Svenson is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Svenson covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.
Svenson tries to break free.
Barbari tries to keep control of the position but Svenson is staying busy.
Barbari is working for a rear naked choke. Svenson is not defending it well and Barbari has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Svenson refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Svenson's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
