Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aleksandr Kerzhakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kerzhakov sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Martin has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Kerzhakov is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Martin stuns Kerzhakov with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Martin digs a good hook to Kerzhakov's body.
Sloppy strikes from Martin. Those never looked like landing.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Martin is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Martin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kerzhakov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kerzhakov's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
