Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Constrictor Boa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Malcolm Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reynolds has chosen Ballad Of Serenity as his entrance music. Malcolm Reynolds has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reynolds ducks under a wild hook from Boa.
Reynolds's coach down at Bloodsport Gym 16 Elites was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Reynolds's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Boa thows a body shot but no joy.
Boa closes the distance and clinches.
Boa tries to work over Reynolds's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Reynolds has clasped his hands together around Boa's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Boa tries to bench press Reynolds off him but Reynolds keeps the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Boa is fighting off a takedown attempt but Reynolds is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Boa to the mat. Boa regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Boa had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Reynolds defends it easily.

Boa bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Reynolds's guard.

Reynolds is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That was a close second round but I would say that Constrictor Boa will probably get the nod.
