Coming up we have a featherweight kickboxing rules bout between Dan K (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Li Xiaolong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). K comes into the arena with Albatross, Albatross, Albatross blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dan K !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
27 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Li Xiaolong!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shirou Masuda and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
K misses with a wild body shot.
A left lands for K .
Xiaolong feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to K 's calf.
A good leg kick by Xiaolong.
Xiaolong keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
K uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Xiaolong.
Xiaolong misses with a jab, cross combination.
Xiaolong swings for the body but K moves out of range.
Xiaolong takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
K misses with a looping left.
K works Xiaolong's body with a nice hook.
Xiaolong looks for the body kick but K saw that one coming.
K checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
K steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Xiaolong.
K lands a leg kick that knocks Xiaolong off balance momentarily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
K keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Xiaolong rushes K and presses him up against the ropes.

A quick uppercut on the inside from K .

Xiaolong lands an elbow inside.
Xiaolong misses with a shot to the kidneys.
K tries a knee to the head but Xiaolong blocks it.
Xiaolong stalls.
K blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Xiaolong breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
K fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Xiaolong has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

and K counters with an outside leg kick.

Xiaolong lands a straight punch to the body, keeping K at a distance.
K throws a hook but Xiaolong avoids it easily.

K swings widly with a right hand
and Xiaolong counters with a low kick, right behind K 's knee.
K misses with a low kick.

The fighters circle momentarily. K darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Xiaolong does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
K looks to score with a jab to the body but Xiaolong is just out of range.
A head kick by K misses
and Xiaolong counters with an outside leg kick.
Xiaolong is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
K ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Xiaolong moves away.
K throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
It looks like Li Xiaolong has been cut.
Xiaolong checks the leg kick nicely there.
K scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Xiaolong doesn't seem bothered though.
K stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Xiaolong digs a good body shot into K 's ribs.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Xiaolong swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

K throws a leg kick
and Xiaolong counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
K misses with a body shot.
K is looking to wear down Xiaolong with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Xiaolong dips to his left and cracks K with an uppercut!
Xiaolong uses good head movement to avoid the hook from K .
K looks to throw the jab but Xiaolong is out of range.
Xiaolong displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as K throws out the jab.

Xiaolong tries to score with a low kick but K moves his leg out of the way.

Xiaolong throws out a leg kick but K moves out of range and Xiaolong only half commits.
K staying out of range there.
Xiaolong throws a half hearted mid kick.
Xiaolong throws a solid leg kick but K takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Xiaolong.
Xiaolong is looking to land body kicks.
K moves out of range of the strikes.
K doesn't manage to clinch there - Xiaolong circles away.
A low kick from K is predictable there
and Xiaolong counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Xiaolong avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
K avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Xiaolong misses with a low kick as K jumps back.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

K tests Xiaolong's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Xiaolong throws a head kick but K moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Dan K will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Li Xiaolong's cut.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
K throws a push kick but Xiaolong slaps the foot to one side.
A jab from Xiaolong does it's job there.
Dan K is winning the standup battle so far.
K misses with a few strikes there.

and K connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Xiaolong on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by K . K obviously looking to wear him down.
K looks to land a body kick but Xiaolong moved away.
K tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Xiaolong was well out of range. Poor timing from K .
K misses with a two punch combination.

Xiaolong shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. K eats them both and turns towards Xiaolong to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
K is rocked!
K looks to score with a jab to the body but Xiaolong is just out of range.
Oh K is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A solid leg kick lands there for Xiaolong.
Xiaolong lands a head kick that sends K down! K is flopping around the mat trying to get back up, leaving the referee no choice but to wave off the fight! Xiaolong is victorious!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Li Xiaolong!
Li Xiaolong decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
