Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake LaMotta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying LaMotta's choice of entrance music: Cavalleria Rusticana: Intermezzo. Jake LaMotta will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Thomas Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
37 - 21 - 0, fighting out of London, Jake LaMotta! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Donald Grub and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! LaMotta moves into the clinch successfully.
LaMotta managing to block the knees to the body from Lee.
LaMotta turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and LaMotta manages to end up in side control. Lee is positioning himself to get back to half guard. LaMotta is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Lee has escaped the position, nice work there. LaMotta moves into full mount! Lee tries to reverse the position but LaMotta maintains control. Lee regains half guard. Lee on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Lee tries to get out of the position. LaMotta seems to be looking for submissions.
LaMotta is looking to take a break and control but Lee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! LaMotta seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
That's one minute gone in the round. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. LaMotta connects with a nice short shot to Lee's temple. Lee is looking to control LaMotta's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Lee avoid being mounted? LaMotta seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lee does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. LaMotta is working for a submission of some sort.
LaMotta is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lee defends it well. Lee is staying active underneath LaMotta, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Lee regains full guard. Nicely done. LaMotta postures up.

Lee looking to sweep here. No luck so far. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Lee doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Lee is trying to control the position but LaMotta postures up.
Thomas Lee has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Lee closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lee lands in his opponent's guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Lee loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Lee lands a couple of elbows. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. LaMotta seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. LaMotta looking to hit a scissor sweep but Lee is one step ahead there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. LaMotta pulls Lee in to control the position. Lee trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Lee lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Lee knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for LaMotta on the ground. Lee throws a big right hand that misses. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lee accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Lee advances to half guard. Lee wants to pass to mount but LaMotta is defending the position. Lee throwing shots but LaMotta is blocking nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lee lands strikes from half guard. Lee not landing any meaningful shots this time. LaMotta is pressing down on Lee's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Lee throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as LaMotta works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Lee working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Lee throws an elbow that misses. LaMotta uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Lee's guard. Nice move by LaMotta! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. LaMotta trying to control the position from guard on top but Lee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. LaMotta lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lee is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. LaMotta trying to control but Lee is working from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Thomas Lee will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Lee fails miserably with a takedown attempt. LaMotta changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lee looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. LaMotta looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Lee struggling a bit here. Lee is looking to reverse the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. LaMotta controlling the position. LaMotta sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Lee is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Lee is looking for a sweep. LaMotta in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. LaMotta controls the position from side control. Lee is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked LaMotta off and has taken his back! Lee struggling to land strikes to the head as LaMotta covers up. Even with his hooks in, Lee manages to miss with strikes from the back. Lee gets his hands free as LaMotta looks to control. Lee scores with punches from the back.
Can LaMotta hold on?! Lee is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
Lee punches the canvas rather than the man.
That's two minutes gone in the round. LaMotta tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Lee breaks from LaMotta's wrist control and lands an elbow. This has been an exciting period of action! LaMotta tries to hold on but Lee pushes him away. Lee with the ground and pound from mount. Lee lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
LaMotta can't escape the position.

LaMotta is rocked! Lee looking to finish LaMotta with some ground and pound. This is bad for LaMotta! LaMotta is still in real trouble! Can Lee finish him? Lee landing punches. Oooooh, big shot lands for Lee! LaMotta is hurt baaadly! Lee is firing away with more strikes - LaMotta is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
