The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Edson Gomes and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Millie throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Millie moves into the clinch.
Millie lands a left hand that snaps the head of Norman backwards.
Norman is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Millie is defending well.

Millie tries to throw a body punch but Norman avoids it by throwing Millie back against the cage.

and Norman counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Norman.
Norman tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Millie smiles and moves away.
George Millie is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Norman avoids the head kick by Millie.

Norman has a takedown stuffed.
Norman steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Millie.

The fight stays on the outside here - Norman looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Millie feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Norman's calf.

Millie is breathing heavily.
Norman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Millie pinned against the cage. Millie gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Norman jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Millie walks away with a smile on his face. Norman gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Norman ducks right into an uppercut from Millie.

Millie looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Norman shoots in looking for a takedown. Millie tries to sprawl out of it but Norman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Millie manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Norman is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Norman has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Norman fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Millie throws a body punch but Norman moves out of range.
Norman is trying hard to land a takedown here. Millie sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Norman.
That kick from Millie tenderised Norman's leg. Norman is trying to keep his angry face on.
Millie pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Millie takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Millie lands a big head kick that sends Norman tumbling to the mat! Millie takes a step backwards and waves Norman back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Norman is rocked!
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Norman. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Millie connects with a right that clearly hurt Norman. He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Millie proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Norman collapses and taps out under the pressure!
