The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams lands with a hook. Kent tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
It looks like Clark Kent has been cut.
Kent connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Williams keeps the fight on the outside.
Kent stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Williams.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kent wants to clinch
and Kent takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Williams connects with the punch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kent looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Williams slaps away a takedown attempt from Kent, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Kent throws a hook but Williams blocks it.
Kent blocks a head kick by Williams.
Kent has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Midnight MMA in the buildup to the fight.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Kent looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Williams gets through Kent's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Williams goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Kent takes a knee to the side of the body.
Kent is breathing heavily.
Williams throws a big uppercut that drops Kent! More strikes from Williams and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Kent lies dazed against the cage as Williams celebrates with his cornermen!

Simon Williams is the new heavyweight champion!
Clark Kent spoke after the fight, saying 'Lose, I don't Lose.....Die Bastards!!!!!!!!!'.
