Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ed Frettish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kuula Natsi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ed Frettish! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kuula Natsi! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Anni Minnemäki and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Natsi dives in for a single leg takedown but Frettish sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Natsi tries to score a body lock takedown but Frettish shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Natsi gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Frettish regains guard.
Frettish avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Frettish working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Natsi. Natsi throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Natsi is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Frettish is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Natsi drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Frettish dives on top into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frettish got a little sloppy there for a moment and Natsi has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Frettish has managed to get both his arms back between Natsi's legs - danger averted. Natsi is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Frettish defends well. Natsi looking to hit a scissor sweep but Frettish is one step ahead there. Frettish controls from within his opponent's guard. Frettish has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Frettish stopping the sweep attempt from Natsi.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Natsi is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Frettish is aware though and is defending well. This has been an exciting period of action! Natsi wants to sweep here but Frettish controlling him for the moment. Natsi trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Natsi had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Frettish defends it easily. Frettish won't allow Natsi to sweep him here.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Natsi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Frettish gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Natsi has his foot on Frettish's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Frettish works his way back into a safe position though. Frettish looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Frettish trying to control the position from guard on top but Natsi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Natsi managing to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Frettish won't allow Natsi to sweep him here. Natsi looking for a guillotine here but Frettish defends easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Natsi throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Frettish trying to control but Natsi is working from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Natsi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Frettish gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Natsi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Frettish can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kuula Natsi dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Natsi shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Frettish sprawls well. Frettish wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Natsi gets slowly back to his feet. Natsi with a lazy takedown attempt and Frettish counters with a right hand to the body. Frettish looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Natsi shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Frettish as he avoids it easily. Ed Frettish has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kuula Natsi. Natsi shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Frettish sprawls well. Frettish wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Natsi gets slowly back to his feet. Natsi fails with the takedown. Natsi looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Frettish is fending him off so far but Natsi persists. Nope, Frettish circles away and we're back to standing. Kuula Natsi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Natsi shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Frettish sprawls well. Frettish wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Natsi gets slowly back to his feet. Frettish throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frettish lunges at Natsi with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Natsi's hand.
It looks like Kuula Natsi has been cut. Frettish lands a left and a right that send Natsi crashing to the mat, dazed. Frettish thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Natsi is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Natsi shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Frettish as he jumps to the side. Natsi is still on wobbly legs! Can Frettish finish him? Frettish defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Natsi. Natsi is breathing heavily. Natsi looks for a takedown but Frettish sprawls well. Natsi seems to have recovered his senses. Ed Frettish is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Natsi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Frettish but Frettish pushes him off and we're back to square one. Frettish cracks Natsi with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Natsi looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Frettish finish him?
A looping hook to the body misses from Frettish. Natsi does a little dance to reset his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Natsi fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Ed Frettish is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Natsi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Frettish pinned against the cage. Frettish gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Natsi shoots in looking for a takedown. Frettish tries to sprawl out of it but Natsi keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Frettish manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Frettish sends Natsi crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Frettish is motioning to the referee to let Natsi up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
That has opened up Kuula Natsi's cut even more. Natsi has a takedown stuffed. Natsi tries to score a power double leg takedown but Frettish sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Natsi somewhat. Natsi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Frettish's waist but Frettish gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Natsi off to one side.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frettish lands with a big right hook that stumbles Natsi - he's out on his feet here! Frettish follows up with another monster hook that separates Natsi from consciousness! Natsi falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Frettish stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ed Frettish!
