Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Diego Diaz!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz shoots in and gets a takedown into Ettorei's guard.
Diaz is pushing down on Ettorei's leg trying to pass to half guard. Ettorei is fighting to maintain full guard but Diaz has managed to sneak the leg through.
Ettorei is trying to stand up here but Diaz is controlling him well.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ettorei looks like he's trying to stand up.
Diaz is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Ettorei!
Ettorei wants to try and get back to his feet.

Diaz tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Diaz fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
BOOM! Diaz connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Ettorei is in a horrible position here. Diaz smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Diaz is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Ettorei is forced to tap! Great finish!
