Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A head kick misses from Bo.
Bo scores with a spinning back kick!
Bo displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Baker.

Bo decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Baker is trying to control but can't.

Baker manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Bo keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Bo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Baker blocks a head kick by Bo.
Bo misses with a head kick.

Bo clinches with his opponent.

Baker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Baker swings away with a body shot that misses
and Bo counters with a big head kick but Baker shrugs it off.
Baker keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Bo.

Bo gets caught napping as Baker dives in and scores a takedown. Bo manages to retain guard.

Baker stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Bo closes the distance and clinches.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Bo.

Bo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Baker gets caught flat footed, as Bo shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Bo trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Bo trying to control the position from guard on top but Baker is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Baker doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Baker manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Baker's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Bo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Bo clinches with his opponent.
Baker lands a shot to the body.

Bo tightens his grip and picks Baker up, before dumping him to the ground. Baker manages to land in guard.

Bo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Baker has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bo has managed to get both his arms back between Baker's legs - danger averted.

Baker is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Bo prevents Baker from getting back to his feet.
Baker is breathing heavily.
Bo throwing strikes from guard but Baker blocks nicely.
Bo tries to stand but Baker is controlling from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Bo stands up and waves to Baker to follow him.
Baker doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Bo counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Baker is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Baker is rocked!

Bo shoots in for a takedown. Oh, that's a huge slam! Baker is on queer street and Bo is pounding down on him with a barage of strikes. The ref is forced to step in and stop the fight. Great finish!
