Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Darek Walczak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nobuhiko Oshima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walczak comes into the arena with We will rock you blaring out of the sound system. Oshima has chosen CIMA Theme as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Darek Walczak! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nobuhiko Oshima! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Walczak moves away from the strike by Oshima. Walczak on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Oshima moves into range and connects with a jab.
Walczak is rocked! Oshima lands a body shot.
Walczak throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Walczak fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Oshima has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Walczak misses with a low kick.
Oshima shoots for a double leg takedown but Walczak sprawls well. He's pushed Oshima's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Oshima misses with a lunging right hand
and Walczak counters with a body kick. Walczak ducks under a wild hook from Oshima. Oshima missing with a left hand there. Walczak was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Walczak displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Oshima throws out the jab. Oshima has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Oshima's corner calls for a 1-2. Oshima obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Walczak scores with a leg kick.
Oshima throws a shot from downtown. Walczak moves away and avoids it. Oshima throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Oshima misses with a leg kick. We've been told by Walczak's head coaches at Nonprofit Vegas Elite $50 ($1000 value) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Oshima tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Walczak swivels and escapes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Oshima throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Walczak counters with a nice body kick.
Oshima misses with a left hand and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Oshima should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Oshima looks winded! A decent looking cross lands there for Walczak. Walczak has managed to clinch.
Walczak tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Oshima is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Walczak to keep the fight standing. Darek Walczak has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nobuhiko Oshima. Walczak connects with a knee to the head.

Walczak effectively controlling the action here. Oshima fails to pull guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Walczak connects with a nasty looking knee right to Oshima's face.
It looks like Nobuhiko Oshima has been cut. Oshima jumps guard but Walczak stands there with Oshima around his waist. Oshima gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Oshima takes a knee right on the jaw!

Oshima is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Walczak seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Walczak is sitting in close to Oshima's body. Oshima has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Walczak is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Walczak is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Oshima.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Nobuhiko Oshima! During a confident post fight interview, Nobuhiko Oshima thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him. Darek Walczak was interviewed post fight and said 'What can a say? He was faster, stronger and hitting harder then me. I can only congratulation Junior Flores and have a wish to be better next time in the cage '.
