Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bradley Travis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Herd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Fujiwara and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herd shoots in looking for a takedown but Travis manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Herd's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Herd fails with a takedown attempt.
Travis tries to clinch up but Herd circles away and keeps his distance.
Brian Herd seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Herd shoots and misses

Horrible takedown by Herd or perhaps it was just good defense by Travis which made him look bad.
Herd changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Travis tries to avoid it but Herd manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Travis to the ground. Travis escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That was a close round but I would say that Bradley Travis will probably get the nod.

Travis and Herd are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Travis throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Herd into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Travis knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
