PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yuri De Santiuya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Osvaldo Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). De Santiuya's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Tupac - Keep Ya Head Up. Osvaldo Santos will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Oooh a lovely combination from Santos sends De Santiuya down but not out. Santos dives into side control looking to finish.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Santos lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and De Santiuya has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from De Santiuya and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Santos shoots for a double leg takedown but De Santiuya sprawls well. He's pushed Santos's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Santos is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so De Santiuya is just riding it out for now. Santos eventually gives up the hold.

De Santiuya finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Santos's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and De Santiuya falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
