Jones has chosen Dead & Buried as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackman throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jones.
Jones swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Jones steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jackman.
Jones throws a right and a left that both miss.
Jackman throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jackman slips a jab and a cross from Jones.
Jones swinging wildly here.
Jones throws a head kick but Jackman moves out of range.
Jones throws a right and a left that both miss.
Jones tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jackman sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jones somewhat.
A cross from Jackman lands.
Jones rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jackman moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

and Jackman counters with a stiff right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Jackman goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Jackman slips under a jab.

Jones looks winded!
Jones tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Jackman misses with a hook. Jones ducked under it nicely.
A jab lands there for Jackman.
Jones is rocked!
Justin Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jones misses with a takedown attempt
and Jackman counters with a straight that turns Jones's legs to rubber! Jackman pushes forward with more strikes and Jones goes down, battered and bloody! That's a wrap folks!
