Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gandalf Istari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aragorn Il (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Roosa Järviläinen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling eachother endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Istari checks a leg kick.
Il is looking to chop away at Istari's legs.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Il moves out of range of the leg kick from Istari.
Istari checks a low kick from Il.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Istari finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
A head kick by Istari misses
and Il counters with a nice kick to the body.
Istari lands a big head kick that sends Il tumbling to the mat! Istari takes a step backwards and waves Il back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Aragorn Il has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Istari explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Istari throws a front kick aimed at Il's knee but Il avoids it well.

Il pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Il moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Il tries to work over Istari's front leg with a kick but Istari checks it.

and Il counters with a solid body kick.
Istari avoids the head kick by Il.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Istari lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Il has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Il and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

and Il counters with a nice low kick that buckles Istari's knee momentarily.

Aragorn Il showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Aragorn Il comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Il has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
