The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Browne connects with a good right hand that stumbles Lachida. Lachida circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
A swing and a miss from Browne.
Browne lands a jab to the head.

It looks like Myoto Lachida has been cut.
The fighters circling - Browne throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Lachida takes one on the button.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lachida steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Browne.
Browne looks to land a left hand but Lachida moved out of range nicely.

Lachida decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Lachida takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Browne on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Browne tries to get out of the position.

Lachida maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Browne could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Lachida has cracked it and Browne is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Lachida!
