The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
jay throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
OKeeffe tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
OKeeffe looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
A shot to de liver by jay. Beautiful body shot.
Nice takedown defense from jay. No joy for OKeeffe on that attempt.
jay gets a clinch.
OKeeffe escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

jay seems to be looking for submissions.
jay looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
